Our client, one of Ireland’s leading banks, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst – Capital Management OSI (BBUK or C&CB) to work in Dublin, Ireland.

What you are expected to have:
Essential Skills / Experience
- Previous experience in Capital Management within Business Banking UK (BBUK) or Corporate & Commercial Banking (C&CB) is a must.
- Previous experience in capital management and related collateral management processes
- Knowledge of /Experience working with risk and control frameworks and artefacts
- Ability to produce clear, structured artefacts such as process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria and basic business requirement documents to support design and delivery.
- Proven track record in supporting stakeholder engagement by preparing materials, arranging meetings and capturing minutes and action items to drive timely decisions.
- Ability to lead analysis and requirements elicitation and documentation, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders in assessments and shaping solutions.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Financial Services and regulatory initiatives
Desirable Skills / Experience
- Familiarity with capital adequacy, including Pillar 1 own funds calculation and Pillar 1 Capital requirements calculation – RWA.
What you will do:
- Analysis and Solution Design
- Identify solutions to address findings, including:
- Working with the nominated Business SME to review and document the collateral end-to-end process
- Assisting in defining a strategic solution for Loan Offer Letters (offered but not accepted)
- Document solutions, including updating procedures and controls, and work with stakeholders to ensure solutions address findings and are approved for implementation
- Identify solutions to address findings, including:
- Stakeholder Management
- Engage with internal teams and external vendors as required to support the design and delivery of solutions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
- Operating Model Changes
- Document operating model changes, working with impacted areas to support transfer to resourcing in place to receive and support the service on an ongoing basis.
- Risk & Compliance
- Identify potential risks related to solutions and document as appropriate.
- Document any mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Cross reference compliance with associated relevant governance and regulatory frameworks and policies
- Knowledge Transfer
- Support documentation and transfer of processes, systems, and to internal teams.
- Support training and onboarding for internal staff.
- Performance & Quality Assurance
- Document KPIs and quality checks to ensure service performance post-transition.
- Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.
