Our client, a leading bank in Ireland, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Platform Delivery Manager to work in Dublin, Ireland.

What you are expected to do:
- Proven experience in technical delivery management, ideally within platform or infrastructure domains.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure , networking and security delivery platforms.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery oversight.
- Background in software engineering or platform engineering.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and cloud-native technologies.
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, SAFe).
What you will do:
- Aligning platform delivery with the needs of multiple squads and tribes, ensuring platform capabilities support product and customer outcomes.
- Coordinating across tribes to manage dependencies, share best practices, and drive consistency in delivery approaches.
- Supporting agile ways of working, helping squads adopt and evolve delivery practices that align with tribe-level goals.
- Acting as a connector between platform teams and the wider organisation, ensuring platform strategy is integrated into tribe roadmaps.
Program & Delivery Leadershipย
- Own the end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Drive agile planning, prioritisation, and execution across multiple platform squads.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and infrastructure teams to align platform capabilities with business needs.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Operational Excellenceย
- Champion continuous improvement in delivery processes, tooling, and team ways of working.
- Monitor and report on delivery metrics, team health, and platform performance.
- Team Leadership & Coaching.
- Support and coach platform teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
