Cloud Data Engineer – Dublin

The Client:

Our client, one of the leading banks in Ireland, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Data Engineer to work in Dublin, Ireland.

What You’ll Love:

What you are expected to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
  • Proficiency with Terraform for IaC.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
  • Basic knowledge of Databricks, Azure AI services, and Azure App services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
  • Design, develop, and implement data migration and data service solutions using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
  • Collaborate with CBI teams to deliver cloud-based solutions for several use cases, including those described above.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the deployment of cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Document processes, procedures, and best practices.
