Welcome to Softest. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website, technologies, solutions, and services (“Services”) offered by Softest Consulting Services Ltd, located at Suite 308, The Capel Building, Capel Street, Dublin 1.

Our Services are diverse and operate in different countries, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. 9.     Don’t help others break these rules.

We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Softest reserves the right to notify its customers or affiliates of any information that affects the security of its services.

We may report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties. Our reporting may include disclosing appropriate customer information. We also may cooperate with appropriate law enforcement agencies, regulators, or other appropriate third parties to help with the investigation and prosecution of illegal conduct by providing network and systems information related to alleged violations of this Policy.
