The Client:
Our client, a leading bank in Ireland, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced KYC Test Manager to work in Ireland.

What you are expected to have:
- Overall, 10+ years of experience in Testing, out of which a minimum of 5 years of Test Manager Experience in managing the UAT test phase.
- Domain: Banking experience + KYC domain (Mandatory).
- Familiar with E2E KYC processes such as new customer onboarding, Legal Maintenance, Periodic Reviews, and Ongoing screening flows.
- Experience of working with KYC tech platforms, e.g. Pega, Bank in-house KYC platform, Fenergo, etc. Fenergo experience will be a huge plus.
- Good experience with JIRA.
What you will do:
- Communication and coordination with Business team and across different teams in the project.
- Assigning work and mentoring the team of testers.
- Aligning with the defined Test and Defect Management Process.
- Keeping track of test progress and reports, any risks.
- Prepare Test Estimates, Test Approach.
- Involved in Test design and execution activities, any risks.
