DELMIA Apriso MES Consultant – France

The Client:

Our client, one of the leading companies in France, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced DELMIA Apriso MES Consultant to work in Paris, France.

What you are expected to have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Production Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in IT consulting, with a significant focus on MES and complex projects.
  • Semiconductor Industry experience will be preferable
  • Deep knowledge of MES (Apriso), ERP systems, and their integration within manufacturing environments.
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA regulations, GAMP 5) related to MES implementations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong track record of delivering large-scale IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Proven advanced problem-solving capabilities and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Client-centric approach with a focus on delivering value and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and other professional duties.

What you will do:

  • Lead client engagements, assessing manufacturing processes, identifying improvement areas, and formulating comprehensive IT strategies.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable IT solutions, providing technical guidance and leveraging extensive industry and product knowledge.
  • Architect and integrate end-to-end solutions involving MES products (preferably in APRISO MES) and ensure compatibility with existing technologies.
  • Manage project lifecycles, including planning, deliverable management, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Provide technical leadership during system implementation, customisation, and configuration to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Drive innovation by staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices, and incorporating them into your service offerings.
  • Mentor junior consultants, enhancing their professional development and ensuring project excellence.
  • Develop documentation, user guides, training materials, and SOPs for implemented solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in manufacturing IT, represent the company at industry events, and build strong client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory standards.
