Our client, a leading bank in Ireland, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to work in Dublin, Ireland.

What you are expected to do:
- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with a focus on delivering IT transformation projects
- Proven experience in the Life & Pensions industry (essential).
- Hands-on experience in life insurance migration projects, either in a project management or IT role.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex IT programs involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Strong vendor management experience, including negotiating, managing contracts, and monitoring 3rd party deliverables.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Strong understanding of IT systems within the insurance domain.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe).
- Experience with Bliss Migration projects or similar large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks within Life & Pensions.
What you will do:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects within the Life & Pensions domain, with a primary focus on life insurance migration programs.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance requirements.
- Drive the delivery of the Bliss Migration IT streams, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, senior management, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define priorities, and align project outcomes with strategic objectives.
- Oversee and manage 3rd party suppliers, ensuring quality of deliverables, adherence to SLAs, and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish strong project governance, status reporting, and risk management practices.
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Act as a point of escalation for project issues, proactively identifying and resolving risks and roadblocks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for IT delivery within insurance.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
