Our client, a leading company in Switzerland, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Observability Cloudย Engineerย toย join its team in Bioggio, Switzerland.

What you are expected to have:
- Hands-on experience with Observability Cloud OCI/Azure.
- Good knowledge and practical experience in Grafana.
- Experience working with Prometheus/Alert Manager for monitoring and alerting.
- Familiarity with Loki for log aggregation and analysis.
- Strong understanding of Opentelemetry collector and concepts.
- Solid development skills in Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience using IaC and IT automation/configuration tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes environments.
- Understanding of Observability pillars/signals (metrics, logs, traces).
- Experience with PagerDuty and other event managementย tools.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
What you will do:
- Support the Observability team in defining, evaluating, and developing a robust observability stack for our customers deployments.
- Interact with the development and infrastructure teams to define solutions for collecting data to be included in the observability stack.
- Design and maintain customised solutions developed in-house to improve observability.
