Our client, a leading bank in Ireland, isย seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Lead to join its teamย in Dublin, Ireland.

What you are expected to have:
- 5+ Years of experience in Python and 1 more year in AI solutions
- Proficiency in Python & AI Frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Knowledge of Agentic AI Patterns (Planning, Tool Use, Memory)
- Integration with APIs, Databases, and External Tools
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering & RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
What you will do:
- Design and develop AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
- Integrate LLMs (Large Language Models) with external tools, APIs, and workflows.
- Implement reasoning, planning, and memory capabilities in AI agents.
- Optimise agent performance for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
You are good to apply if you are:
- Irish or EU or British Citizen, or holding a Stamp 4 or Stamp 1G permit.
- Residing in the specified job location currently
