The Client:
Our client, a leading banks in Ireland, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Software Test Analyst to work in Dublin, Ireland.

What you are expected to have:
- 7+ years of experience as a Manual Test Engineer or Software Test Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is essential.
- ISTQB Advanced Certification is essential.
- Test Automation Certification is advantageous.
- Project Management qualifications such as Agile, IPMA, PMP, or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in test planning, test design, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
- Experience across Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression, Smoke, and API Testing.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Experience working within CI/CD environments and supporting continuous testing practices.
- Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth & Insurance domain.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver high-quality testing in a fast-paced Agile environment.
What You will Do:
- Work with solution architects, business analysts and developers to create appropriate test plans and designs to ensure sufficient coverage of requirements.ย
- Create relevant business and technical test cases using in-depth review of requirements.
- Report on overall test status and follow defects to identify root cause and resolution.
- Liaise with Scrum Masters, POs and engineers to outline test entry and exit criteria.
- Participate in projects of varying methodologies to ensure quality standards in software and product are maintained.
